Anand Gaddum, serves as the Director of Healthcare Practice at iLink Systems, Inc since January 2008 with over 13 years of healthcare industry experience. Mr. Gaddum has overall responsibility for the strategy and business development, including sales and marketing, of the healthcare practice of iLink Systems.iLink Systems is a Gold Certified Microsoft partner and Microsoft’s Healthcare Partner of FY 09. Mr. Gaddum’s specialty includes applying Lean & Six Sigma to healthcare institutions and has been a change agent to improve care delivery. He brings both technical and healthcare industry experience. Prior to joining iLink, he worked at Group Health in implementing Lean while managing the claims system. He also has experience in sales and marketing of medical devices as well as in teaching. Mr. Gaddum is a Certified Professional from HIMSS and holds an Executive Master degree in Health Administration from the University of Washington.
Randy Fusco Microsoft CTO & Strategist
Randy Fusco, As the Chief Technology Officer and Strategist for Microsoft U.S. Healthcare Provider Industry, Randy Fusco is responsible for setting the technical and innovation strategy in three key interaction areas: Customers, Partners and Product Groups. Mr. Fusco works closely with the Microsoft Life Sciences, Health Plans and World Wide Health Provider community to position the technical architecture, support solution strategy and also represent the healthcare provider vertical in shaping the overall vision. Mr. Fusco provides thought leadership and guidance working with the leading health provider customers.
