Job Description

Lead Developers for Houston, TX location. Gather requirements and develop design specifications for software applications. Develop applications based on required specifications. Integrate necessary components from teams during the development process and utilize integrated components to verify features of developed applications. Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair existing applications. Analyze existing and developed applications, and integrate functional and performance improvements to these applications. Technical environment: SDLC w/ C#.NET, C++, XML,WPF, .NET, TFS, winforms, python, onsite/offshore agile team model.  Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related field plus five years of experience in software development, OR Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering field plus 7 years of progressive experience in software development required.
• Required skills: 5 years with each: SDLC with C#.NET, C++, WPF, .NET, TFS, winforms, python. Experience must include: working as team lead, and onsite/offshore model.
• Some telecommuting permitted from commutable distance to the Houston office.
